Michel Pontbriand

Before joining the Solidarite Fund in 1995, Mr. Pontbriand spent 10 years working for Culinar, where he held several positions, first as Director of Financial Services and Assistant Secretary and Treasurer from 1985 to 1992, then as Treasurer from 1992 to 1994, and finally as Vice President of Control and Treasury and Secretary and Treasurer until 1995.
From 1976 to 1985, he worked as an Assistant Auditor and then as Assistant to the Partners at Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Pontbriand enjoys a solid reputation as a seasoned professional in all aspects of corporate finance and acquisitions and disposals.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from École.
