Mike Denham

Mike is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Quantum.
He also serves on Quantum’s Operating Committee.
Prior to joining Quantum, Mike was an attorney focused on all aspects of business and tax planning, including partnership and limited liability company formation, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions.
Mike also was CPA for a large private independent oil and gas company.
He holds a B.B.A.
in Accounting from Midwestern State University, a J.D.
with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law, and an L.L.M.
in Taxation from New York University.
Mike is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association, a licensed CPA in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Texas Society of CPAs.
