Nils Skornicka

Nils Skornicka joined Tishman Speyer in 2011 and is currently responsible for leading acquisitions activities across Northern and Central Europe.
In this role, he pursues core and value-added investment strategies and has successfully completed transactions in Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Nils was a senior acquisitions manager for Quantum Immobilien AG, where he was responsible for structuring and executing real estate investment products.
Previously, he worked for Strategic Value Partners and Hudson Advisors on acquisition underwriting of loan and real estate portfolios.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Urban Land Institute, and the alumni network for European Business School.
Nils holds an MS in civil engineering and business administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Oldenburg, and a degree in real estate economics from the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel.
