Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning AS (AB Kapital) is the Norwegian investment management subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management France SAS, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (EPA: BNP; ADR: BNPQY) in France. Headquartered in Oslo, the firm was founded in 1989 and initially known as Industrifinans Fondsforvaltning AS. They merged with Alfred Berg Fondforvaltning AS in 2000 and was renamed Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning AS in 2008 after ABN AMRO's asset management business was acquired by Fortis SA/NV. AB Kapital manages mutual funds for institutions, private individuals, pension funds and third party distributors. They are a socially responsible investor which incorporates ethical, legal, social and environmental criteria in their investment process.

ABN AMRO Asset Management (AAM) is the separately organized U.S. investment management business of ABN AMRO Holding NV (NYSE: ABN). AAM offers a line of global, regional and domestic investment strategies to institutional and individual investors worldwide as segregated accounts, as well as through ABN AMRO mutual funds. The firm is based in Chicago.

Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors LLC (Guggenheim Funds) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The firm is a subsidiary of Guggenheim Funds Services LLC, ultimately owned by Guggenheim Capital LLC. Security Investors LLC (do-business-as Guggenheim Investments) is a registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 1962 and is a subsidiary of Rydex Holdings LLC, ultimately held by Guggenheim Partners LLC. Security Investors provides investment advisory services to separately managed accounts (SMAs) and pooled investment vehicles that are registered as investment companies. The Funds include open-end registered funds, closed-end registered funds, and exchange-traded funds. Their SMA clients may include institutions, such as insurance companies, other financial institutions, pension and profit-sharing plans, US and non-US governmental entities, colleges, hospitals, charitable organizations, endowment funds and foundations, and certain individuals and trusts.
