They were acquired by Carnegie Investment Bank AB in 2010 and changed their name to Carnegie Fonder AB. Headquartered in Stockholm, Carnegie Fonder manages mutual funds for a range of clients including high-net worth individuals, trusts and foundations, the Swedish Premium Pension Authority, banks, insurance companies, brokers, fund of fund managers, independent financial advisors and institutions. They are a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance issues into their investment analysis and decision-making processes.

CAAM Fund Services AB (CAAM) is an independent fund management firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The firm was founded by Simon Reinius in 2003 as Optimized Portfolio Management Stockholm AB and they are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carneo AB. CAAM offers systematically managed funds in alternative asset classes to institutional investors.
