Before joining NVP in 2006, Mr. Emmott worked at Lehman Brothers’ Technology Investment Banking Group where he specialized in M&A and corporate advisory work for companies across a wide range of technology categories.
While at Lehman, he worked on mergers and acquisitions, public and private buy-side and sell-side transactions, and equity transactions for clients such as QUALCOMM, Symantec, Serena Software, Conexant Systems and Vishay Intertechnology.
Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Emmott held financial, research and technology marketing positions at SalesRamp and Franklin Templeton Resources.
Mr. Emmott is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in economics.
