Peter J. Hewett

Mr. Hewett has been a non executive Director of Orthofix International N.V.
since March 1992.
He is Chairman of the Board of Orthofix Inc. He was the Deputy Group Chairman of Orthofix International N.V.
between March 1998 and December 2000.
Previously, Mr. Hewett served as the Managing Director of Caradon Plc, Chairman of the Engineering Division, Chairman and President of Caradon Inc., Caradon Plc's U.S.
subsidiary and a member of the Board of Directors of Caradon Plc of England.
In addition, he was responsible for Caradon Plc's worldwide human resources function, and the development of its acquisition opportunities.
