Peter S. Linder

In addition to serving as an Investment Committee Member for Emerald Stage2 Ventures, Mr. Linder is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Fund, a member managed fund that bridges the gap between angel funding and institutional venture capital funding.
He was formerly Chairman of LORE, one of the oldest angel investment groups in the country.
He is also is a member of the Board of Directors of BFTP/SEP, and a member of the Advisory and Valuation Committees of Edison Venture Fund V.
He was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Angel Capital Educational Foundation, a national organization devoted to education, information and research about angel investing.
Mr. Linder is Entrepreneur-in-Residence and a member of the faculty at Muhlenberg College.
He served for 10 years as a member of the Board of Directors of The Jackson Laboratory, a premier institution conducting basic research and providing resources in the field of genetics.
Mr. Linder also served 5 years as Chairman, Delaware County Hospital Authority.
Mr. Linder was Founder and President of Ethix, a managed care company operating HMOs and PPOs in 13 states, and grew the health plan membership to over 500,000.
He also founded American Interactive, a company specializing in hospital data processing systems.
He has a BSEE from Penn State University and an MSE from the University of Pennsylvania.
