Philip F.
Jacoby has been a Director of NetTalon Security Systems, Inc. since August, 2004.
He has been a Faculty Member at American University's Kogod College of Business since 1972.
He is Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Accounting Association.
Prior to joining American University, Dr. Jacoby was an Auditor and Management Consultant with the Boston office of Price Waterhouse and Co. He was Chairman of the Accounting Department, Associate Dean of the Kogod College and Chairman of the University Faculty Senate at American University.
Dr. Jacoby received a degree in Mathematics from Boston College, a Master's degree in Accounting from Northeastern University as well as a PhD in Business Administration from George Washington University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
