DNCA Finance SA is the asset management subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers SA, ultimately held by BPCE SA in France. The firm is headquartered in Paris and was founded in 2000. In 2007, they created a management company in Luxembourg to manage and market an umbrella SICAV fund called DNCA Invest which aims to replicate certain funds created under French law and to acquire new products. DNCA Invest is the flagship for the firm's European expansion. DNCA Finance is a socially responsible investor and integrates environmental, social and societal aspects into its analysis.

The firm was founded in 1995 by Noam Gottesman, Pierre Lagrange and Jonathan Green as a hedge fund division within Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. GLG offers advisory or sub-advisory services to non-US and US institutional managed accounts and pooled investment vehicles on either a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.
