Prior to co-founding Channelstone Partners in July 2005, Mr. R.T.
Arnold gained professional experience in both operations and finance working in politics and investment banking.
He served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the Eristoff for New York State Senate Campaign.
Prior to that, he spent four years working at Merrill Lynch as an investment banker in both New York and London specializing in Financial Institutions M&A and High Yield finance.
While attending Wharton, he was accepted into the Commercial Leadership Program at GE, the Company’s top sales and marketing management training program, and worked in the Energy Finance Group of GE Capital.
Mr. Arnold sits on the board of Manduka, a high performance yoga accessories company, and has actively worked with management to streamline the Company’s operations, reduce working capital requirements and establish the Company’s financial controls.
He is a founder of Fighting for Philly Kids - a not-for-profit supporting after school programs in greater Philadelphia.
He has also spent significant time working on East African economic development, is a Coro Leadership Fellow and serves on the Alumni Council of St. Bernard’s School.
Mr. Arnold earned his BA from Duke University as a double-major in Economics and French, and also received an MBA from the Wharton School.
