Ratchaphum Jongpakdee

Mr. Ratchaphum Jongpakdee is a Managing Director at Colliers International (Thailand) Company Ltd.
He is responsible for day-to-day overall operational activities, business strategy development and execution, clients and Colliers network relationship management, and supervision of every department within the company.
Mr. Jongpakdee started his early career path with other companies before he joined Colliers International Thailand from International Firms in the Banking field.
He has over 22 years of vast experience in property valuation, advisory, business development, project sales and marketing, investment, banking, and research.
He also has supervised on a variety of major valuation and advisory projects for public and private sections in Thailand and other countries such as Myanmar, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
He covers all the major sectors: mixed-use development, commercial, industrial, hotels/resorts and leisure, residential, property funds, infrastructure fund, and intangible assets.
