Penza is an Investment Director at Investec Wealth & Investment Ltd.
She is part of a team who manage assets on a discretionary basis on behalf of private individuals, trusts, charities and personal pension schemes.
Ms. Penza started at Rensburg Sheppards (now Investec) in 2007, having previously worked in London for Deutsche Bank and State Street.
She holds a Masters in Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
