Richard Dinets

Richard Dinets joined Tishman Speyer in 2019 and is responsible for the firm’s legal activities relating to all transactions in the western and midwestern United States.? He has collaborated with the teams on numerous transactions, including recent acquisitions in San Diego, CA and Austin, Texas.? Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was a senior associate at the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles, where he represented institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators, lenders and borrowers in a broad range of matters, including acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of all commercial real estate asset classes.? Richie has been a practicing attorney for over 12 years, focusing on transactional real estate.
He holds a BA from University of California San Diego (UCSD) and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
