Robert E. Curry

Prior to joining Cadogan in October 2007, Mr. Curry worked as a Manager in the Merger & Acquisition Transaction Services group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was tasked with minimizing the legal and financial risk exposure for both the M&A Transaction Services group and its strategic buyer and private equity investor clients.
Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Curry worked as legal counsel for an agency of the French government, assisting in the effort to recover funds from a complex of off-shore and U.S.
entities.
Mr. Curry began his career in New York in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP where he spent three years as a senior paralegal and subsequently spent two years in the Division of Market Regulation at the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington.
Mr. Curry graduated with honors from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, with a B.S.F.S., and received his J.D.
from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law, with a Certificate in Securities Law.
