It is engaged in four principal areas of activity, Corporate Broking, Institutional Broking and Sales, Private Client Stockbroking, and Contracts for Difference. Corporate Broking comprises acting as corporate broker for small and medium sized AIM and PLUS markets traded companies. Institutional Broking and Sales deals for institutional clients and continues to extend the range and depth of its activities in the areas of institutional sales and research (covering the banking, insurance and extractive industry sectors). Private Client Stockbroking is when the Company acts as an advisory investment portfolio manager for private individuals, companies and trusts.Contracts for Difference is a product traded on margin, which allows a client to mirror the performance of an underlying share. The Company has established international offices in Asia, Africa and South America.
