Siegfried Frick

Mr. Siegfried Frick is an Managing Director and Origination team leader with WestLB AG.
Siegfried, together with his team, is responsible for the identification and acquisition of transactions with an equity value of up to € 150 Mio.
Focusing on Growth and Buy Out financing, as well as balance sheet structuring, he has expertise ranging from true Private Equity instruments to Mezzanine style solutions.
Prior to joining the Equity Investments Division, Mr. Frick was an equity analyst with WestLB Panmure in charge of the high tech engineering and automotive sectors.
After studying Economics and Political Science, he worked for several institutions in the field of economic and political consultancy services, e.g.
the Rhine-Ruhr-Institute for Social Research and Political Advisory (RISP), the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, the Syntropie Foundation for Future-Shaping as well as the Rhine-Westphalia Institute for Economic Research (RWI), one of the leading institutes for economic research in Germany.
During his studies he worked as an assistant to the managing director of ZENIT - Center for Innovation and Technology in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Prior to his studies he finished a training as a qualified bank.
