Stefan Haneberg

IKB Invest GmbH (IKB-PE) is the private equity arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG (FR: IKB). The bank's activities include domestic corporate lending, real estate finance, structured finance, private equity, treasury and financial markets. KfW holds a significant minority interest in the IKB group, and both banks have established a strategic partnership. Another significant shareholder is Stiftung Industrieforschung, a foundation established in 1974 following the merger between IKB-Industriekreditbank and Deutsche Industriebank, for the purpose of promoting commercial enterprise. Established in 1987, IKB-PE is headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany.

MASA GmbH manufactures machinery for the production of cement blocks, cobble stones and other construction materials. It offers machines and plants for the production of concrete stones, hollow blocks, paving stones and kerbstones and handling systems. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Andernach, Germany.
