Steve Bonebrake

Mr. Steve Bonebrake is a Managing Director-Investment Banking at Hudson Securities, Inc. Prior to joining Hudson Securities in June 2010, he worked for Pali Capital as Managing Director where he led the firm's capital markets initiatives to serve the private placement needs of public companies.
Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of the Equity Capital Markets Group at SMH Capital and before that served as Managing Director and Head of the European Technology Group of SG Cowen.
Earlier in his career, he was with Lehman Brothers in Singapore and Hong Kong where he led the firm's investment banking efforts in the TMT sector for Southeast Asia.
Mr. Bonebrake holds a BA in Economics and Art History from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
