Steve Giordano

Steve Giordano, General Counsel, joined Casdin in 2022.
He brings over 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
Prior to joining Casdin, Steve was a Partner in the Securities and Investment Management Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP.
Previously, Steve was a Partner at other international law firms.
Steve began his professional career at a large accounting firm before attending law school and was portfolio counsel at a venture capital firm.
Steve earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, and LLM in Taxaxtion from Boston University School of Law and his B.S.
in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Boston College.
Steve is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
