Swathi Nair

Swathi is a solicitor at Arcus with over six years of experience advising clients in relation to cross-border corporate transactions across various sectors, including in infrastructure.
Swathi provides legal advice and input on the negotiation and execution of new investment opportunities and disposals and in relation to a broad range of matters across Arcus’ business, including financing and fundraising.
Prior to joining Arcus, Swathi was a corporate associate at Linklaters in London, advising on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border reorganisations and investments in venture capital financing.
She was seconded to the M&A team at Vodafone in 2020 and in 2017/18 she also gained investment funds experience in London and Tokyo (during her secondment to the Linklaters office in Tokyo).Swathi is admitted to practice law in England and Wales.
