Thomas Scott Bianco

Thomas Scott Bianco is the founder of Attune RTD, Inc., which was founded in 2001.
He is currently a Member at the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers since 1994 and a Principal Managing Member at Pawnshield Fine Jewelry & Loan since 2012.
Mr. Bianco was the Owner of Bianco & Son Fine Jewelry & Collectables from 1994 to 2011.
He holds an MBA degree from Colorado State University (conferred in 2007), an undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix (conferred in 2005), and an undergraduate degree from the Gemological Institute of America, Inc. (conferred in 1994).
