Tom Budai

Tom accumulated over a decade of experience working at independent investment dealers, bank owned dealers, emerging companies, and startups in Toronto, Ontario before relocating to British Columbia in 2020.
His work centered around investment banking and corporate development having led the execution of merger and acquisition mandates, equity financings, strategic overviews and valuation assessments while also serving as a corporate finance consultant.
Most recently, he served on the Board of Directors of Community Futures Sunshine Coast and as a member of their loans and investment committee.
Tom is driven to utilize his skills and experience as a force for good in business.
