Audrey Constant

Audrey joined NGP in 2018 and serves as a Vice President.
She is focused on NGP’s energy transition funds and is responsible for sourcing investments, transaction analysis and execution, as well as the monitoring of active portfolios.
She is also a member of the NGP ESG Committee.
Prior to joining NGP, Audrey was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she focused on financing and merger and acquisition transactions in the energy industry.
Audrey received a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
