Celine Assouline

Ms. Celine Assouline is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management International.
Ms. Assouline co-heads the EMEA Alternative Equity Products group at Goldman Sachs, which comprises SPAC origination, PIPEs, pre-IPO equity Private Placements and convertible bond financing.
Previously, she was responsible for the EMEA convertible and corporate equity derivatives business in EMEA. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2011 as an Executive Director and was named Managing Director in 2013.
Prior to that, she spent six years in London at Morgan Stanley working in equity capital markets with a focus on convertible bonds and equity derivatives, and in debt capital markets with a focus on financial institutions.
Earlier in her career, she spent 2 years in New York at Deutsche Bank working in structured equity and 4 years in Paris in a number of corporate marketing roles.
She graduated from Universite Paris Dauphine in France in 1998 and earned a graduate degree in Marketing from Universite Aix-Marseille III in 1999.
