Mr. Chuka Eseka is Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Vetiva Capital Management Ltd. He is especially formidable in deal origination, structuring and execution and is vastly experienced in corporate restructuring/repositioning as well as privatisation advisory structures; having been involved in a number of significant transactions in the financial services and real sectors of the Nigerian economy.
Mr. Esek is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He is also an authorised dealer of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
