Cynthia Kuo

Cynthia joined IVP in May 2022.
She focuses on identifying and working with high-growth application software and consumer technology companies.
Cynthia is actively involved with IVP portfolio companies Deputy, G2, Hopin, Humu, Lulus (LVLU), Papaya, Productiv, and Supermetrics.
Prior to joining IVP, Cynthia worked at Hopin, a London-based events platform provider and IVP portfolio company empowering virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, where she assisted the FP&A team on projects across strategy, operations, and finance.
She was also an investment banker in Goldman Sachs’ technology group, advising clients in the software, consumer internet, semiconductor, and hardware sectors on various IPO, M&A, and financing transactions.
Cynthia graduated with honors with a B.A.
in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar.
