Enrique Iribarne

Mr. Iribarne joined Roth Capital Partners in October 2003.
Prior to joining Roth Capital, he spent 20 years with ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc., a global NYSE listed company, where he served in a variety of positions throughout his career; most recently as U.
S.
Pharmaceuticals Controller and Worldwide Controller of ICN Biomedicals group.
From 1979 to 1981, Mr. Iribarne worked for Arthur Andersen & Co in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he focused primarily in auditing of manufacturing companies.
Mr. Iribarne graduated from the School of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina with a degree in Public Accounting and a degree in Business Administration.
He is fluent in Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
