Filippo Huang

Filippo joined Gobi Partners in 2004 as CFO.
He has over ten years of experience in financial management, auditing, financial due diligence and tax planning.
He is responsible for daily financial functions on fund operation and monitoring portfolio companies, as well as conducting financial due diligence on potential investment targets.
Prior to joining Gobi, he spent five years at the Shanghai office of Ernst & Young Certified Public Accountants, where he handled more than fifty clients.
He has extensive experience in the accounting and tax systems for both domestic and foreign investment enterprises in China.
During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Filippo also led due diligence efforts in pre-IPO and merger and acquisition transactions in the software, financial services, retailing and manufacturing sectors.
Filippo is a Founding Board Member and Chairman of China Venture Capital Finance Organization (CVCFO), an educational and networking organization for financial professionals in the venture capital and private equity industry in China.
Filippo graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Bachelor's degree.
Filippo is a qualified accountant in China.
