John Hewko

John Hewko is currently the CEO, General Secretary, Director & Trustee at The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
He is also currently serving as the Secretary & Director at Rotary International, Inc. Additionally, he holds the position of Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP (Illinois) and is a Trustee at The Western Reserve Academy.
Previously, Mr. Hewko worked as a Director at Kinnevik AB from 2009 to 2011.
He also served as a Professor at Georgetown University.
Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President-Operations & Compact Development at Millennium Challenge Corp.
from 2004 to 2009.
Mr. Hewko completed his undergraduate degree at Hamilton College (New York) and pursued graduate studies at Harvard University and the University of Oxford.
