Joseph G.
Durdock is a Director of eVionyx, Inc. He joined Reveo, Inc. in April, 1992 as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and was appointed Executive Vice President and Secretary in 1996.
Prior to joining Reveo, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Carbide Finance Corp.
He was Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and Secretary for Union Carbide from 1987 to 1989.
Before joining Union Carbide Finance, he was Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for Union Carbide Corp.
from 1986 to 1987.
Previously, he was Group Controller of the Welding and Cutting Systems Business of Union Carbide Corp.
from 1983 to 1986 and Manager of Sales and Regional Accounting Services of the Linde Division of Union Carbide from 1981 to 1983.
Prior to that, he worked with Shell Chemical Co.
