Leigh is Co-Founder & Managing Director at The Keystone Equities Group LP since 2003.
Prior to co-founding Keystone Equities Group, Mr. Leigh was a Founder and the Manager of Trading Operations at Emerging Growth Equities where he supervised all trading activities, including sales traders.
He started his career in the operations department at Pennsylvania Merchant Group and was part of a team that grew the making market efforts of Pennsylvania Merchant Group to 225 stocks on various exchanges.
He has extensive experience in the daily operations of sales and trading including market making, institutional and retail execution of equity, debt and option securities, restricted and control stock situations, and trade clearance issues.
He is an active participant in industry conventions, roundtable discussions and seminars concerning trading rules, industry trends and market structure.
Mr. Leigh attended the University of Rhode Island and is a member of the Investment Traders of Philadelphia.
