Mr. Larry E.
Lenig, Jr., is Operating Partner at Comvest Partners, Inc. He joined ComVest in August 2004 following a long year career in oil service, commercial banking and special situation consulting.
Following initial work as a commercial lender, Mr. Lenig spent 19 years with and served as Chief Operating Officer, President and Director of Digicon Inc. Prior to entering private consulting in 1994.
During the last ten years Mr. Lenig has acted as a consultant and advisor to a number of public and private businesses in a diverse range of industries including oil and gas, software and related services, formed metal products manufacturers and restaurant chains.
During that period, he also acted as Chief Executive Officer of two public companies and consulted to other private companies during successful reorganization proceedings for those enterprises.
Mr. Lenig graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in accounting and presently serves UH as a member of the Advisory Counsel to the Dean of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
