Lauren Misler

Prior to joining Sterling Partners in 2007, Ms. Misler was a Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was responsible for running the day-to-day audit engagements for several SEC reporting and private equity clients.
She also implemented Sarbanes-Oxley for a major SEC reporting company in the first year of the requirement.
Ms. Misler PricewaterhouseCoopers’ experience prepared her for her financial role within Sterling Partners, where she navigates the intricacies of private equity financial reporting unique to the industry.
With five years of professional experience, Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant.
She graduated from The University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
Ms. Misler is from a close-knit Baltimore family that has many strong ties to the community.
In her free time, she enjoys working out at the gym, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
