Prior to co-founding PrinceRidge in August 2009, Mr. Johnson was a Managing Director and the Head of U.S.
Corporate Credit Trading at Dillon Read Capital Management LLC, where he was responsible for managing the high grade, high yield and emerging markets businesses.
From 2002 through May 2006, he ran the High Yield business for the fixed income proprietary trading business, principal finance & credit arbitrage, at the UBS Investment Bank.
He joined UBS in 2000 as the Head of High Yield, Sales and Research group in London.
During the period from September 1997 through August 2000, he was employed by Natwest as the Head of High Yield Trading, ultimately holding this role at Gleacher & Co. LLC.
He came to Gleacher/Nat West from Credit Suisse, where he worked from June 1991 through March 1996, ultimately becoming the Head of High Yield Trading.
Mr. Johnson graduated with a BS in Economics from Duke University.
