Matthew Spader

Mr. Spader joined Pathway in 2017 and is a senior vice president in the Rhode Island office.
His responsibilities include investment analysis and conducting due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; investment monitoring; performance analysis; client reporting; and client servicing.
Mr. Spader is also a member of Pathway’s co-investment team.
Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Spader worked as a financial analyst at International Game Technology.
He received a BS in finance, with a minor in economics, from Quinnipiac University and an MBA from Bryant University.
