Max Harris

Max Harris joined EIV Capital in 2015 and currently serves as a managing director.
He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring, executing and monitoring the firm’s investments.
Prior to EIV Capital, Max worked as a private equity associate at Riverstone Holdings, where he focused on capital investments in the upstream, midstream and power generation sectors.
His responsibilities included evaluation of new investments, portfolio company monitoring, industry research, transaction structuring and execution.
He also served as an investment banking analyst in the natural resources group of Barclays, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and capital market transactions for companies involved in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors.
Max earned his B.B.A. degree in finance and accounting with a minor in energy technology and management, graduating with honors from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
