Merrill Yavinsky

Merrill Yavinsky is a Director of Walker & Dunlop, Inc. and a Member of the Washington Board of Realtors, The Urban Land Institute, as well as the Trinity College Board of Fellows.
He joined Walker & Dunlop in 1974 and served as Vice Chairman.
Mr. Yavinsky was Chief Operating Officer of Green Park Financial from 1991 to 2002.
He was President of Tri-South REIT, Director and Chairman of the Income Property Committee at the Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as Chairman of the Fannie Mae's DUS Advisory Council.
Previously, Mr. Yavinsky worked at Connecticut General Life Insurance Co (now known as CIGNA).
He received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Connecticut).
