Walsh is a Senior Vice President of Operations & Partner at Brookdale Group.
Mr. Walsh oversees the physical due diligence for all prospective investments and has primary responsibility for selection/monitoring/oversight of property management, operational activities, operating budgets, property tax appeals and capital improvement projects at all owned properties.
Prior to joining Brookdale in 1996, Mr. Walsh spent six years with Houston-based real estate company Hines, where he was a property manager in the firm’s Southeast Region.
He holds a BS degree from the U.S.
Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from Georgia State University.
