Richard J.
Doyle has been a Director of Modine Manufacturing Co. since 1987.
Prior to April 30, 1998 he was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of three private electrical contracting corporations.
Prior to January 1, 1989 he was a Vice President of BorgWarner Corporation, Chicago, Illinois, a diversified manufacturing and services company and President and Chief Executive Officer of BorgWarner Automotive, Inc., Troy, Michigan, a subsidiary of BorgWarner Corporation.
Dr. Doyle attended Kansas City University.
He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He successfully participated in The Dartmouth Institute at Dartmouth College.
Dr. Doyle holds an honorary degree of Doctor of Business Administration from Briar Cliff University, Sioux City, Iowa.
