Allspring Global Investments LLC (Allspring) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to November 1, 2021, the firm was known as Wells Capital Management, Inc. They are a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Allspring Global Investments Holdings LLC, ultimately held by Allspring Group Holdings LLC. Allspring provides investment management services to mutual funds, private funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), pooled vehicles, and other institutional clients and high net-worth individuals.

Analytic Investors, Inc. is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The firm was formed in 1970 as Analytic Investment Management. In 1985, the firm was purchased by United Asset Management (UAM). At that time, Analytic Investors became a wholly-owned subsidiary of UAM. Analytic acquired TSA Capital Management and later changed their name to Analytic Investors, Inc. The firm’s ownership structure changed in October 2000 when Old Mutual plc purchased UAM. At that time, Analytic Investors became an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Old Mutual plc (LSE: OM). To implement an equity ownership plan, the firm changed their corporate form by merger with and into a newly formed Delaware limited liability company on October 24, 2007. The new LLC assumed all of the assets and liabilities of the California corporation. On December 20, 2007, Old Mutual (US) Holdings switched to being a majority owner. The remaining minority owner was Analytic Investors Holding LP. On December 31, 2012, Analytic Investors closed their management buy-back transaction with its former parent company, Old Mutual (US) Holdings, resulting in a fully independent and employee-owned firm. Analytic Investors' business consists primarily of managing investment advisory accounts for large institutional investors, including public and corporate pension plans, commingled investment vehicles and mutual funds. The firm may also act in a sub-advisory capacity for a public or private fund. ^

Founded in 1984 by Ned Hamarat, Beekman Capital Management Ltd. is an investment advisor firm located in Santa Fe, New Mexico with an additional office in New York City. The firm provides investment management services on a fully discretionary basis for individuals, corporations, pension and profit sharing plans, state and municipal government funds and endowments. The firm has a sister relationship with Beekman Northwest Partners. This entity manages funds for high net-worth individuals and their families, small pension and profit sharing plans and trusts using the research and investment management resources of Beekman Capital Management with a resultant uniform investment style.
