Ryan Loader

Mr. Ryan Loader is a Managing Director, Institutional Sales & Trading at Amvest Capital, Inc. Mr. Loader previously spent over a decade at Scotiabank’s Global Banking Markets division, where he was Director of Global Equity Sales & Trading in New York and previously worked in the Absolute Return/Arbitrage Group in Toronto.
He began his career at Sprott Securities (now Cormark), focused on bringing Canadian natural resource equities to US investors.
He later held senior roles at Maxim Group in New York and led capital raising and business development in the cannabis sector at his own firm.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
