S.p.A., which has operated since 1927 in the engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of industrial furnaces. In the same year Olivotto Industries acquired the hollow glass machines branch of ANTAS S.p.A. , a Company with long-standing traditions and experience in the engineering and manufacturing of forming machines for the hollow glass industry, full complementary to the traditional Olivotto Industries market range. At the beginning of year 2004, the Private Equity Fund NATIXIS CAPE became an Olivotto Industries shareholder (40% through a capital increase), for supporting and participating the strategic plan of the company. In June 2007 the United States Company Lynch Systems (now Lynch Technologies) has been acquired. A corporation that traces its roots back to 1914, one of the oldest hollow glasses forming machines manufacturer in the world. Recently, on April 2008, the assets of W. Lindner Maschinen (Germany) have been acquired. A very well known company with large experience for high quality production machines in all types of glass (lead crystal, soda-lime, and borosilicate). Nowadays the two historical divisions are two specialized Companies of the Olivotto Industries Group: Olivotto Glass Technologies S.p.A., active in the Hollow Glass forming technologies, operates the OLIVOTTO, ANTAS, LYNCH and LINDNER trade marks, technology and know-how.
