Simon Clausen

Simon Clausen is a Portfolio Manager at Waterland in Hamburg, Germany and member of the ESG Committee.
Prior to joining Waterland, he worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on projects around energy / energy efficiency.
At Linde, Simon was responsible for the global PMO plus the buildup and go-to-market for a new sales channel in Central Europe.
As Head of Digital Customer Interaction, Simon drove Zeiss’ group-wide digital end customer business.
During his studies, Simon accomplished several internships in industry and consulting.
Simon holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a PhD in Economics from the Technical University of Karlsruhe.
