Prior to joining ORIX Finance, Mr. Turpin was a senior vice president and general manager of The CIT Group’s Specialty Lending division.
During his 11 years with CIT, he built a portfolio in excess of $750 million with funding exceeding $4 billion.
For the prior 15 years, he established lending programs for businesses focusing on entertainment and communication for GE and AT&T Capital.
Mr. Turpin earned his bachelors and master of business administration from Loyola University in New Orleans with majors in economics and finance.
