Mr. Berardino was a Corporate Senior Vice President and Group executive with Olin Corporation and was also with Exxon corporation in various executive positions in both international and domestic operations.
Mr. Berardino currently serves as a Director of Femco Holdings LLC, Medscand, Inc. and Tulip Molded Plastics Corporation.
Mr. Berardino was previously the Chairman of American Pipe and Plastics Holdings, Inc. and The TharpeRobbins Company, and previously served as a Director of PPI/Time Zero, Inc., and Floor & Decor Outlets of America, Inc. Mr. Berardino graduated with an AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from the Columbia Graduate School of Business where he was a McKinsey Scholar.
