Thomas J. Gavenda

Mr. Gavenda joined Evercore in December 2005 after spending three years at Primus Guaranty, Ltd. as the controller, and five years at Deutsche Bank Securities as the Chief Financial Officer for its U.S.
investment bank.
Previously, he spent several years at Morgan Stanley in their controlling and treasury areas and began his career at Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Gavenda has a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D.
from Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Gavenda is a C.P.A. and has been admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
