Timothy R.
Eller is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Tegrity Homes LLC.
He is also the Chairman of Monarch Communities, Inc. Mr. Eller serves as a Trustee for the Southwestern Medical Foundation and the National Housing Endowment.
Additionally, he is the Principal of Cordalla Capital LLC and the President of Cambridge Homes LLC.
Mr. Eller's former positions include being the Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer & COO of Centex Corp.
from 2004 to 2009.
He was also the President & Chief Executive Officer of Centex Homes, Inc. and the Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Homes, Inc. (Florida).
Mr. Eller served as the Vice Chairman of PulteGroup, Inc. from 2009 to 2011 and was the Chairman of Taylor Morrison Home Corp.
from 2012 to 2017.
He held the position of Chairman at Centex Real Estate Co. LLC and Taylor Morrison, Inc. Mr. Eller was the Chairman-High Production Home Builders Council at the National Association of Home Builders from 1998 to 2009.
He also served as a Director for The PMI Group, Inc., BuildLinks, Inc., Builder Homesite, Inc., and Centex Construction Group, Inc. Mr. Eller was a Member of the Executive Committee for The Dallas Opera and a Trustee for The Nature Conservancy of Texas.
Mr. Eller obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska.
