Yuichi Nishigori

Yuichi Nishigori is a Corporate Senior Vice President and the Head of Energy and Eco Services Business Headquarters, where he oversees cross-border and domestic operations and investment opportunities primarily in energy generation and energy services businesses.
During his over the decade of tenor at ORIX, Mr. Nishigori has worked and held leading positions in the Structured Finance Department, Alternative Investment and Business Development Headquarters, which focuses on cross-border acquisitions and investments, Corporate Planning and Financial Control Headquarters, Investment Banking Headquarters, as well as Investment and Operation Headquarters.
Prior to joining ORIX in 2003, Mr. Nishigori was with The Industrial Bank of Japan (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd.) for 23 years.
He was engaged in project finance business in United States and Asia and has extensive experiences in advising and arranging financing for various project developers in power, environmental services and waste management businesses.
Mr. Nishigori holds a Bachelor's Degree of Law from University of Tokyo (1980) and a Master's Degree of Law from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley (1983).
