Yvonee Zhu

Yvonne Zhu is Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of ORIX USA and its multiple lines of business and subsidiaries.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Zhu held the positions of Controller and Senior Director of Finance for ORIX USA. With more than 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and auditing, she brings to her position a deep understanding of the financial services industry—including corporate finance, municipal and infrastructure investments, asset management, and commercial and residential mortgage servicing—as well as technical accounting areas such as consolidation, securitization and revenue recognition.
Before joining ORIX USA, Ms. Zhu spent five years in auditing practice with Grant Thornton, focused on the real estate industry.
Ms. Zhu is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Auditing from NanKai University in China.
She also holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Toledo and a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Iowa.
